Process Improvement is a series of actions that are taken to identify, analyze and improve existing processes within an organization, to meet new goals and objectives.  To do this successfully it is imperative that specific methodologies and strategies be considered that are aligned with the company's culture.

SSD Global, Inc. offers the only accelerated program in process improvement engineering that capitalizes on and appreciates your prior experience. 

In this workshop emphasis is placed on Lean Six Sigma because it is the most current and reliable process improvement methodology available today.  Students are also exposed to a wide variety of other analytical problem-solving tools and creative options designed to assist in facilitating process improvement. 

Students will learn how to apply Methodologies, Tools and Templates/Prototypes to:

• Examine Processes to Increase Efficiencies
• Identify and Eliminate waste
• Improve Quality
